There are two ways to submit an Architectural Review form.  

 

First is to use the invest West Portal.  IWMHOA.COM, then click on HOA Member portal, login, then choose Requests.  Fill out the information and attached any pictures or documents.  explaining your request.

Second is to fill out a paper form that you can find in the hallway at the clubhouse.  Follow those directions

 

You do not have to use the pre-approved fence stain color!!!

 

Meriwether's Board of Directors approved an important clarification to the fence stain colors that are to be used in Meriwether Community during a past Board meeting. The instructions have been that all fences are to be stained with Sherwin Williams "Hawthorne". Oil-based or water-based stains can be used. Clarification: If you use Sherwin-Williams Hawthorne, the proper stain is "SuperDeck," which covers much better than the "WoodScapes," which is much more transparent.

 

There are a number of reasons colors have been limited including:

- Faster ARC review and approval

- Ensures better color matching to neighboring fences (better uniformity)

- More closely aligns to CC&Rs

- Provides better cost consistency for all residents

 

Please Note:

Residents who have already stained their fences with a previously approved color does not have to re-stain their fences or change their color selection until it is time to re-stain. Residents are expected to re-stain their fences when it needs it.
